Dr. JUSAK JUSAK received Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Melbourne, Australia. He is an accredited Ph.D advisor as a Primary Advisor with research interest in the Internet of Things applications for healthcare and development of lightweight blockchain architecture to achieve the need for a scalable, fault-tolerance, secure, and traceable private blockchain network to match with the requirements for healthcare Internet of Things. He is also focusing on the creation and deployment of Tiny Machine Learning, a lightweight machine learning method for devices with limited resources.
From 2009 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Research with Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand working in a Next Generation Networks research project supported the Telecom New Zealand. He's been a Seniort Lecturer in Computer Engineering department, University of Dinamika, Surabaya, Indonesia since 2011. He is now a Senior Lecturer in Internet of Things, School of Science and Technology, James Cook University Singapore.
Dr. Jusak received several GRANTS including:
JCUS-JCUA Cross-Campus Collaboration Grant Scheme, working with Dr. Tao Huang (JCUA), and Dr. Steven Kerrison(JCUS), in the project: Lightweight Blockchain Development for Healthcare IoT, successfully funded ($4911.12).
JCU Learning and Teaching Innovation Grants, working with Dr. Steve Kerrison on the VetheRBlocks project, succesfully funded ($10000).
Dr. Jusak is also a Guest Editor on the Special Issue: Security and Privacy for Modern Wireless Communication Systems, 2nd Edition, published by Electronics journal.
