About

I have a long clinical history in neurological, geriatric and paediatric physiotherapy as well as undergraduate and post-graduate teaching in neurosciences and neurological physiotherapy at universities in Australia, Israel, and the UK.

I have held an adjunct position as a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Tropical Health and Medicine at James Cook University, Townsville, Queensland, from 2016 and have recently been appointed as a mentor for the Cohort Program. In addition, I hold honorary positions as a Research Fellow at Curtin University, Western Australia and as a Research Associate at the Institute of Child Health, Great Ormond Street /University College London, UK. I am primary supervisor to two PhD students at JCU and secondary supervisor to one student at Curtin University.

I also also mentor physiotherapists through the Australian Physiotherapy Association Mentoring Program, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists at NeuroMoves, Australia and psychology students at University College London, UK. Clinically I have held positions as an International tutor in both the International Bobath Association and the International Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Association.
